Cause Collective's mission is to strengthen nonprofits to better serve the community through collaboration, education, and advocacy. Click on the below headings to see an overview of our achievements in the 2023-24 fiscal year, broken down by the three areas of our mission statement.

Member outreach events Cause Collective helped organize a total of 3 member outreach events, providing opportunities for 47 agencies (duplicated) to advertise their services to the community. Networking events Cause Collective organized 2 networking events, with over 57 attendees. Member meetings Cause Collective hosted 10 monthly member meetings, with over 511 attendees. | Trainings Cause Collective organized 26 trainings, including general trainings, Volunteer Coordinator Council trainings, and Case Management trainings. These trainings pulled in over 779 registrants! Executive Director Roundtables Cause Collective hosted 24 monthly ED Roundtables, bringing together over 103 Directors (duplicated). Board 101 Trainings Cause Collective led 25 free Board 101 Trainings for member agencies and corporate sponsors. Skill Share program Cause Collective made 34 connections for member agency staff through our Skill Share program. |

| Elected official guests Cause Collective hosted a total of 11 elected official guests at member meetings. Nonprofit Lobby Day Cause Collective organized and hosted its fourth annual Nebraska Nonprofit Lobby Day in 2024. |
| Membership growth Cause Collective welcomed 20 new members, bringing total membership up to 174. Total numbers Cause Collective held a total of 219 events and activities, serving 1,718 individuals (duplicated). NAM Best Practices Partner Cause Collective received Nonprofit Association of the Midlands' Guidelines and Principles Best Practices Partnership seal. Platinum Seal of Transparency In 2024, Cause Collective earned the Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid. |
